الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ جَاعِلِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُولِي أَجْنِحَةٍ مَّثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ
Praise be to Allah, Creator of the heavens and earth, who made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four.
قُلْ أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّهُ اسْتَمَعَ نَفَرٌ مِّنَ الْجِنِّ فَقَالُوا إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا قُرْآنًا عَجَبًا
Say, 'It has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened and said, Indeed, we have heard an amazing Quran.'
وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ يَدْخُلُونَ عَلَيْهِم مِّن كُلِّ بَابٍ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُم بِمَا صَبَرْتُمْ
And the angels will enter upon them from every gate, saying, 'Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured.'

لَّا يَعْصُونَ اللَّهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ
“They do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.”
Angels' perfect obedience.
يُسَبِّحُونَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ لَا يَفْتُرُونَ
“They exalt Him night and day and do not slacken.”
Angels glorify Allah constantly.
وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَافِظِينَ كِرَامًا كَاتِبِينَ
“And indeed, appointed over you are keepers, noble and recording.”
Recording angels.
يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ
“They know whatever you do.”
Angels know our deeds.
إِذْ يَتَلَقَّى الْمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ الشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌ
“When the two receivers receive, seated on the right and on the left.”
